Past Travels

“Past Travels” is a piece of art I created using Adobe Dimension and Adobe Illustrator. I did this piece for a class. The assignment was to make a six-word memoir and design it. I chose the words “adventures lead to the best memoires.” I chose this phrase because it is something I live by. I think adventures are an important part of life.

I chose to make my memoir look like a scrapbook. I did this because that is where you keep your best memories from your best adventures with the people you love.

To start, I made a book in Adobe Dimension. I then moved that to Illustrator. I made all the words into their own categories. I did this because this is how scrapbooks are. All the words are supposed to resemble pictures. I then added some stamps, a flower, and a piece of paper to resemble a newspaper. I added these to add more color to the page and to make it more interesting. It also makes it more like a scrapbook with random things in it from all your adventures.
